Mengenal Artifical Intelligence

Kecerdasan Buatan atau Artificial Intelligence (AI) adalah simulasi dari kecerdasan yang dimiliki oleh manusia yang dimodelkan di dalam mesin dan diprogram sehingga bisa berpikir seperti halnya manusia.

Sedangkan menurut Mc Leod dan Schell, Artifical Intelligence adalah kegiatan penyediaan mesin seperti komputer dengan kemampuan untuk menampilkan perilaku yang diakui sama cerdasnya dengan kemampuan yang dilakukan oleh manusia.

Dengan kata lain AI merupakan platform komputer yang bisa melakukan pekerjaan-pekerjaan yang umumnya memerlukan tenaga manusia atau kecerdasan manusia untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan itu.

Contoh Artifical Intelligence

Artifical Intelligence atau AI ini sudah banyak diterapkan di beragam bidang seperti industri, medis, pendidikan, usaha lebih-lebih di dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Berikut ini sebagian contoh  dari penerapan AI yang biasa kamu jumpai di dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

1.Deepface Facebook

Salah satu contoh  dari AI adalah teknologi Deepface yang dimiliki oleh Facebook. AI ini bermanfaat untuk mengenali wajah orang yang ada pada postingan foto. Dengan teknologi ini, kamu tidak perlu lagj menandai seseorang yang ada pada foto secara manual, dikarenakan AI ini yang akan melakukannya.

Kemungkinan kamu bertanya-tanya,  dari mana AI tersebut menyadari bahwa orang yang ada pada foto itu adalah kamu? Harus kamu ketahui bahwa sebelum AI bisa mengidentifikasi orang di foto tersebut, AI telah dilatih berdasarkan informasi.

2.Rekomendasi E-Commerce

Konsep penerapan AI yang kerap kamu jumpai salah satunya adalah rekomendasi product pada e-commerce. Bisa saja kamu dulu berbelanja di salah satu e-commerce dan ketika kamu berbelanja ada product-product yang direkomendasikan untukmu.

Contoh dari Artifical Intelligence berikutnya adalah asisten virtual, ada banyak penyedia asisten virtual seperti Google assistant, Siri atau Alexa. Seperti asisten pada umumnya, asisten virtual ini juga dapat kamu ajak berinteraksi.  Tidak cuman tersebut asisten virtual bisa mencatat kapan kamu ada janji atau acara dan memberi tambahan berita ketika waktu acara yang ditentukan telah tiba.
